Description
The VonHaus Ducie chest of drawers combines a light wood-effect herringbone finish with champagne-gold metal legs and handles. Its five-drawer layout uses three full-width drawers and two smaller upper drawers, giving a mix of larger clothing storage and space for smaller items.
Five drawers in two useful sizes
The cabinet measures approximately 100.3 cm wide, 39 cm deep and 100.5 cm high. The three larger drawers are around 92 cm wide internally, while the two smaller drawers are approximately 42.7 cm wide.
Check the space in front as well as the wall
A 39 cm cabinet depth does not include the room needed to pull the drawers open. Mark the closed footprint first, then allow working space in front so the drawers can be used without blocking circulation around the bed.
Wood effect rather than solid timber
The body is PB/MDF with a paper finish, supported by a metal frame. The herringbone pattern is decorative rather than solid parquet construction.
Use the anti-tip fixing
The manufacturer supplies anti-tip straps and specifies that the unit should be secured appropriately. Follow the assembly and wall-fixing instructions for your wall type.
